mapachehours ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Aaron Williams, and provides a mobile app for freelancers to track time, mileage, and generate invoices. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Profile information: name, business name, phone, address, and any logo or photo you upload — used to personalize your invoices.
• Client information you enter: the name, contact email, and hourly rate of clients you add. This is data about your own clients, not you — see "A Note on Client Data" below.
• Time-tracking data: clock-in/clock-out times, breaks, session notes, and mileage entries you log.
• Invoice data: the invoices you generate, including line items, totals, and status.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active Pro subscription. Payment itself is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate the app: to sync your data across your devices, to generate the invoice PDFs and CSVs you export, to determine your subscription tier, and to provide support if you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Store and Protect Information

Your data is stored with Supabase, encrypted in transit. Uploaded photos, logos, and invoice PDFs are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible. Access to your data is restricted to your own account.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate the app:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — processes all in-app purchases.

We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

A Note on Client Data

If you use mapachehours to track work for your own clients, you may enter their name, contact email, and rate. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process that information under applicable law. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, which permanently deletes your profile, clients, sessions, and invoices.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile and delete your account directly in the app, or contact us at [ADD CONTACT EMAIL] for any other request.

Children's Privacy

mapachehours is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

International Users

mapachehours is operated from the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States regardless of where you access the app from.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
