Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mapachehours mobile app (the "Service"), operated by Aaron Williams, an individual based in Louisiana, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

mapachehours helps freelancers track work time, mileage, and generate invoices for their clients. The free tier supports up to 2 clients; a Pro subscription unlocks unlimited clients and CSV export.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis, at the price shown at time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings — we cannot cancel it on your behalf.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies, not directly by us.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.

Your Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the client, session, and invoice data you enter. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having a lawful basis to store and process information about your own clients through the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content.

Offline Behavior and Data Sync

The Service is designed to work offline, syncing data to our servers when a connection is available. We aren't responsible for data conflicts or loss resulting from prolonged offline use across multiple devices.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices generated through it meet any particular legal or tax requirement in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaron Williams is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
